THE LYNX IS A SAW DESIGNED AND BUILT FOR THE PERSON WHO NEEDS AN ACCURATE AND VERSATILE SAW AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE.
Automatic & Manual
In the 'Automatic' mode, the operator can program up-to 9 lines of cuts each, with a maximum of 99 repetitions.
In the 'Manual' mode, the operator can position the blade to the first line of cut and choose to perform a blind or an End-to-End Cut. The operator can enter the transfer width for the next cut and hit the enter button on the PLC. The PLC positions the bridge to the required width at an accuracy of 0.1mm.
Pneumatic Head Tilt for Mitre Cuts
A simple flick of a flip switch charges a RAM that pushes the head outwards to tilt at 45 degree. A mechanical stop is provided that can be adjusted to suit the angle of tilt.
In both the the 'Automatic' or 'Manual' mode, the operator can line up the blade to the first cut using the 5mW laser liner that is aligned with the blade.
Two Sensor guides, one on either side of head can be slid into position to set the start and end of cuts for both Manual and Automatic operations.
The table can be rotated to a full 360 degrees. The table can be locked into position at 0, 45, 90,135, 180,225,270,315 and 360 degrees. A pneumatic Ram can be actuated to lock the table at any angle.
A high pressure hydraulic RAM attached the table frame tilts the table towards the front to a 80 degree angle to the ground. A simple selector flip switch is mounted to the side of the hanging pendant that starts the hydraulic pump. A manual lever attached to the pump can be actuated to lift or lower the table.
